Q: How do I use Hornet Juice?

A: Mix one 15g packet of Hornet Juice with 250ml/8.5fl.oz. chilled water, juice, or your favorite electrolyte drink.

However DO NOT MIX Hornet Juice with protein drinks as its effectiveness will be reduced.

Hornet Juice is extremely versatile and can be taken before, during and after any physical activity.

For prolonged physical activity take one packet of Hornet Juice every one and a half hours.

A: For best results take Hornet Juice 30 minutes before activity and ideally on an empty stomach (usually 2 – 4 hours after your last meal). This makes Hornet Juice ideal to drink before your morning workout, when your stomach is empty.

If you are used to taking in food before your workout, consume a light meal of carbohydrates with Hornet Juice.
